NOOK Base (2.50 × 3.90 m / 8.2 × 12.8 ft): 9.75 m² (105 sq ft) — perfect office shed
NOOK Double (5.00 × 3.90 m / 16.4 × 12.8 ft): 19.5 m² (210 sq ft) — ideal for granny pods with bathroom/kitchenette options
